It is also situated 150 m from the ski bus stop and the cross country ski track, 3 km from the public indoor pool and 2,5 km from the railway station Zell am See. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier is 10 km from the property.

The complex features reception, lift, day room, breakfast room/lounge, internet corner (with extra charge), heated ski boot room, ski storage room, playroom, table tennis, garden and playground. It also provides a Wellness area with indoor pool with Jacuzzi, sauna, infrared cubicle (both inclusive 4 x weekly), as well as solarium and massage service (both with extra charge). Opened hours: pool (daily 07:00 h – 19:30 h, subject to changes), other areas (Monday-Thursday: 16:00 h- 19:30 h, subject to changes).
