Situated on the ground floor of a palace, built in the English – style botanical gardens Jardim do Canto which cover about six acres of terrain, the residential is 10 minutes' walk away from the Centre of Ponta Delgada, and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere amongst its many lawns and groves and exotic trees, many of them over a century old. The airport is 10 minutes away by car, and the biggest shopping Centre - where various shops, restaurants and supermarket can be found, is a mere 5 minutes' drive away.
The spacious rooms, are comfortable and fully equipped.

For relaxation, guests can walk through the 7-hectare garden and read one of the free newspapers under the shade of an exotic tree. Outside Casa do Jardim, a bar is available for guests and visitors. The 24-hour reception can provide an iron and a hairdryer upon request.
