Villa Benicuco

This villa is situated at the entrance of Calpe, just 500 m from the town centre and 1.5 km from the resort centre. The nearest beach is 1.5 km from the villa and the nearest restaurant as well as supermarket are 1 km away. El Altet Airport in Alicante is around 105 km away and Manises Airport in Valencia is approximately 120 km from the villa.

This finca-style villa is decorated in a classic style. This one-storey villa features 4 bedrooms, making the property ideal for up to 8 guests. There is ample parking space beside the garden, just in front of the villa entrance.

This villa offers a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a dining area with comfortable seating, a dining table and a satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and the others each have twin single beds. Guests are also provided with a fully fitted bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric stovetop, an electric oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a washing machine and a fridge/freezer. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

The villa features a terrace with a large rectangular swimming pool (roughly 9x5 m) and sun loungers as well as a portable barbecue.
