The resort has 470 rooms in total. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 17:00, check-out until 10:00), a lobby bar, a lift, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), kiosk, a mini market, various other shops, cinema, a free parking area and a security entry system. For the meals, there are 6 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. For guests with physical disabilities the hotel has a barrier-free access and a number of wheelchair accessible bathrooms. Concierge service is free of charge. Ironing service is against a deposit. For the laundry service the hotel charges a fee (where applicable).

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel, designed in traditional style, you will find 2 fresh water pools with a children´s pool integrated into the main pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available. At the pool bar you can get refreshing beverages (open from 10:00 – 20:00).
