The apartment´s complex Las Olas consists of 6 blocks located in Breña Baja, in the resort centre of Los Cancajos beach, 4 km from Santa Cruz de la Palma and 3 km from the harbour and the airport. There is a variety of bars, restaurants, pubs, local shops and water sports in the surrounding area. The sea is 200 m away and the nearest beach is approximately 600 m from the property.

The facilities and services include 24 h reception, lobby area, kiosk, minimarket, meeting/conference room, bar, restaurant, outdoor pool, children´s pool, sun terrace with a pool bar, garden and playground. It also features a gym and daytime activity program and evening entertainment.
