Reception Location - Comment:From February 2, 2025 to April 10, 2025 the reception will be located in the Apartments and not in the hotel as usual. The address is: Bulevar de Paguera number 34.

Rooms - Comment:We need to ask you to provide us with a customers email with each reservation you send to us. This is a mandatory requirement of the Ministry, as we must notify you daily of each reservation or modification received.
Restaurant - Comment:The Poolside restaurants, will be open only during the summer months. The Sa Puntassa restaurant (buffet breakfast) will be closed until April 12, 2025, and will close again on October 26, 2025. Breakfast service will not be available after this date.
