The deluxe double was designed with couples in mind, which is showcased throughout its extra king-size luxury bed, tea and coffee making facilities as well as its cascading shower facilities. The apartments, on the other hand, range from one-bedroom numbers to swanky two-bedroom options. Both include a large living area, two LED TVs, a separate kitchen and private bedroom. The only difference is, one caters to two adults and two children, while the other holds up to five adults! 

A top choice for All Inclusive holidays 

Although guests can choose from Self Catering, Half Board alongside Bed and Breakfast, we highly recommend going All Inclusive if you don’t want to worry about a penny. Please be cautious that after 6.30pm beachwear is not permitted in its restaurants. 

Buffet Restaurant: Come and go as you please morning, noon and evening at this all-rounder. Sample flavours from top countries across the world, especially on themed evenings when a popular culture will dominate the menu such as Mexican, Asian or Italian. But don’t worry, international fare will be served for those who prefer home comforts. You can also go back as many times as you want, and we highly suggest checking out the dessert stand. 

Snack Bar: Open between 10am and 6pm, this is your poolside hangout. Here informal fast food will be served when you fancy a light snack, alongside ice creams, sandwiches and a wide range of drinks. 

Bar Ingles: This evening venue serves refreshing cocktails and ice-cold beers from 5pm until midnight, allowing you to make the most of the 12-hour All Inclusive offerings. 

Family-friendly facilities 

It’s no secret that the Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua Suite Hotel caters for families perfectly. You’ll find yourself lured in by the friendly animation team who provide infinite entertainment from the moment you wake up, thanks to the aqua classes, musical shows and wide variety of games. If you’re travelling with a baby in tow there’s no need to exceed your luggage allowance owing to the hotel’s Baby Kit by Elba which contains baby baths, bottle warmers, highchairs and cribs. 

As for more mature children , there’s a mini club with recreational activities and a nightly disco. But the real fun lies at the lake size swimming pool, where adults can work on their tan and kids can practice their cannonballs. 

Free transfers 

As well as being within walking distance from Caleta de Fuste marina, also known as El Castillo Harbour where luxury yacht rides await, there’s a free shuttle bus that runs several times a day to major hotspots such as the area’s famous golf club and Atlantic Fuerteventura shopping centre. Did you know the island has been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve? Which makes it a prime destination for stargazing. 

Nearby you also have Oasis Park which is a zoo that offers hands on experiences with wildlife and it’s also home to the largest cactus botanical garden in Europe.
