Location

Offering a private stretch of beach, this laid-back resort has everything you need for a fun-filled family holiday on the shores of the Red Sea. Just 30 minutes from Hurghada Airport, you’ll find tons to do within the vicinity of the hotel, including snorkelling, scuba diving and boat tours. Two golf courses lie within reach of the property – El Gouna Golf Club, a popular championship course on the water, and Madinat Makadi Golf Resort, a highly acclaimed course with ocean views.

Facilities

With its on-site aquapark, water lovers will be in their element at El Karma. The park features 4 exciting slides for adults, 6 for children and a giant whirlpool bath. Guests can have fun in one of 5 outdoor swimming pools – with one just for kids – and a heated indoor pool for winter.

Adults get to unwind at the hotel’s modern spa complex, complete with a hammam, sauna, and steam room. The spa facility comes with a heated indoor pool and a gym with the latest cardio and weights equipment.

Mini-travellers will have fun at the kids’ club, where they’ll find organised games, sports and activities. In the evenings, little ones are invited to take to the stage where they can show off their best moves at the mini disco – mums and dads are welcome to join in, too!

The hotel boasts its dive centre, with lessons available for beginners and the more experienced. Water sports, including windsurfing, snorkelling and kitesurfing are available to book at the water sports centre on the beach.

The main restaurant Panorama serves an open buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with themed evenings and special menus for kids and tots. Discover a wide range of delicious dishes, including grilled meats, fresh salads, and local delicacies. If you prefer to eat with ocean views, just head to Beach Restaurant where you’ll find a sumptuous family buffet at lunch and dinner.

If you’re going all-inclusive, you also get to try out the hotel’s Chinese and Italian restaurants twice per week of stay (drinks not included). At both restaurants, you’ll find a selection of authentic dishes cooked to order and an extensive wine list.

For pre-dinner drinks as the sun goes down, there’s nowhere better than the terrace bar where you can choose from a range of branded beverages.
