If you’re vegan you’ll no doubt be keen to visit a city where you know it’ll be easy to find delicious food that you can enjoy. The last thing you want to do is spend your holiday looking for a restaurant that serves up a decent meal that you can be sure doesn’t contain any ingredients you’re unable to eat.

It can be hard enough to find a suitable dish on the menu in the UK. But, this becomes even trickier when there is a language barrier and you’re unsure if your food requirements are truly understood.

One destination where you won’t have this problem is the vegan-friendly city of Prague. You may be surprised to hear this, especially when the traditional cuisine is meat and potatoes. But, it is actually the perfect destination for those looking for plant-based cuisine.

As well as vegan dishes being available on many menus including in the vegetarian restaurants, there are more than 50 that are specifically vegan. These cater for every meal from a big breakfast to a light lunch and a delicious dinner and delectable desserts.

If you’re heading to the capital of the Czech Republic for your next city break, here are the best vegan restaurants in Prague that are sure to tickle your taste buds.
