The resort took its name from ‘Ariti’, the wife of the King of the Phaeecians, who extended such a warm welcome to the travel-weary Odysseus. The hotel is situated in picturesque surroundings on the Kanoni Peninsula just south of the town of Corfu, on the east coast of Corfu. It looks out toward one of the most recognisable sights of the Ionian Islands, the small chapel on Pontikonisi and the convent on Vlacherna. It is a quiet resort with a number of sand and shingle beaches and small coves. Being so close to the town of Corfu, it benefits from all the capital’s facilities while enjoying the relaxation of the resort.

It has recently been fully renovated and offers an extensive, well-furnished lounge that opens onto a wide terrace with breathtaking views over the lagoon and the centre of the island. Comprising a total of 156 rooms, the resort features a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, lift access, a café, bar and restaurant. Conference facilities, room and laundry services and a car park are also available.
